Debit order Processed on incorrect date

I signed up for the Berea VA on 11 January 2014. I was advised that my first debit would run on 1 February 2014 and there after on the 20th of the month. I see however that my debit order had run on the incorrect date of 23 January 2014. I can understand if the debit order ran on 20 January 2014 in error. But not the 23rd. Due to your error i now have a return debit on my account which means that if i apply for any finance within the next 6 months that i will be declined and I also have a return debit fee of R90. I have called your customer care line as well and spoke to a consultant named Cheryl who firstly could not answer my questions and secondly was extremely rude. When I asked for her manager she kept me waiting on the line for 5 minutes without even getting back to me. I eventually cut the call and 2 days later i have not yet even received a call back from her or her manager. As a new client to VA it is extremely disappointing to experience this sort of service. From other posts on Hellopeter I can see i am not the only person to be debited incorrectly on the 23rd. Rectifiy this issue immediatly with a refund of my R90 and letter stating the returned debit is your error!
