I had a credit card with Nedbank, after my retrenchment I made an arrangement to pay a lesser amount every month which they agreed. I have been battling since 2010 to get statements, because I did not want to end up paying them more. I did not pay month end as this would trigger them to call me to that I could request a statement to see my balance. One of their agents called me, I then asked for a statement which he made sure was sent to me. He then said he would call again for progress going forward but he did not call. Today I receive an sms saying sermons will be delivered to me in 48 hours. I tried to call them on the number provided but it does not work. They did this before and I reported them to banking Ombudsman. I thought their service delivery had actually changed but I was wrong.
