In March i sent the request for termination of contract to 8ta and move to pre- paid to my suprise i got their invoice for May/June 2013 on the 6th of June 2013 i stoke to Mpho a call center agent she told me the call was never loged then i had asked to talk to the manager holded the line for 30min never spoke to him/her because the call just rang, then on the 15th of June 2013 i had another debut for R431.00 when i called in today i spoke to a very rude call center agent she TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 20 DAYS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, and when i asked about the debut she did not give me no ans! then i sent them this:
I think I have been too lenient to you guys STOP money from me I had spoken to you I don't know how many times with your Rude call centre agents!!! Please return my money you
