Shocking service. not so smart!!

I ordered a smart device bundle, samsung tv, X-box kinect bundle with blue ray player in the first week of Jan. Received the proof of the order and an sms but when I phoned 2 weeks later, they say that there is no item ordered and cant find a trace of it. The consultant then promised high and low that she will sort it out and promised to phone me back but I'm still waiting. This is the second time that this has happened to me. The first time was also a mess up with FNB when I ordered my Samsung S4. I'm now loosing my sense of humour. I think I must rather trust BEEP bank as they don't make empty promises!!!
