Multiple unnecessary debits

I changed my debit date, was told because of the date it was too late to change immediately. I would be debited on the old date 26th and on the new date 1st, the pro-rata would be debited. On the 26th the normal debit went off, then the 1st the full amount went off again. This was returned, but was told the amount would be resubmitted. I called and was reassured that this was a mistake and wouldn't be resubmitted. The pro-rata would be submitted on the 1st Jan. Firstly the pro-rata was debited on the 3rd, when I called the pro-rata that was debited was supposedly lower than what was meant to be debited, but again was told this would be on the 1st Jan. Again it was debited, I called and was told all the consultants were busy and would be called back, this was at 9am, it is now 12hours later and still no call. I have thus far had excellent service from Miway, and really didn't expect this from you. Very disappointed. And to think I had just referred someone who was on Outsurance to join Miway...
