MiWay ran two debit orders on days that they we never agreed upon. I was supposed to be debited on the last day of every month but MiWay chose to debit me on 20 December 2013 without prior notification and I was again debited on 17 January 2014. What shocked me is that I have household insurance with MiWay and that was debited on the correct date. I called the call centre and I was told that I need to email the bank statement showing where the bank has charged me for debit orders that didn't go through, and I sent this to MiWay, I haven't heard anything from them since then. This is a huge inconvenience because it gives me a negative record on my bank account and also creates a bad name for me with ITC. This is has happened for the second year in a row.
