Incompetent billing

My account has a debit order running off at the end of every month. Nedbank takes it upon themselves to just debit my account in the middle of the month as as they feel like it!!! How am I supposed to buy groceries and see to other bills when they do this? *!? And then while asking for an explanation, the consultant Clayton slams the phone down on me!! I am closing this account. They do not deserve my hard earned money
