Ok my account was one month behind in payment so nedbank put a double debit on my account but they send me sms in the middle of the month that they going to debit my account so I phoned them asking why they do that so they tell me I'm behind in payment but just weeks before the incident I phoned them and asked if I can pay the outstanding amount in to the loan account over the counter so they agreed and gave me the loan account number and I payed it up to date so all is supposed to be good. But yesterday I got a sms again teling me to please debit my account today but it's not even month end yet so the debit order bounced costing me more money I phoned again and they tel me my account is behind they need to take it by debit order. So I ask the consultant can he see the payment I made over the counter and he agreed to that so now I want to blow my top because I'm up to date but still there system tel me I'm not. I'm so fed up with this bank it's not even funny any more!!!
