Last week I logged onto my online banking to find bout R3000 missing from my account, Nedbank decided they will debit my account on any day they feel is fine with them, my contract clearly states that my debit orders go on on the 1st of every month and I only get paid on the last day of the month!!!
I called the bank, holding on for 20 minutes and still did not get my refund, now I have to struggle to survive until the end of the month because Nedbank can take my money whenever they feel like it!
Please get in contact with me and I will be cancelling your debit order and pay you manually every month form now on!
