To whom it may concern,

I am very upset (fuming) with Nedbank I gave permission to debit my account on the last day of the month not whenever Nedbank feels like. I have also made arrangements for the instalment missed to pay R 536.35 x 6 for the last day of the month as our Salaries can update anytime from the 25th to 31st of the month.

Please don't debit my account like you feel like, you are invading my privacy. Who gave permission to debit my account on the 22nd and the 26th and to top it all a double debit.

Please refund my R3218.11 as it when out of my account twice.

Not impressed.
