Charging R70 for a unpaid debit

Hello Peter, hope you well. I have 2 contracts with CellC. I started a new job in Nedbank so I changed my bank account to Nedbank. I changed all my debited order to take effect next month and the Cellc consultant said they will only debit the new account next month for this month they will debit the old account, But they still debited they new account this month when my salary didn't go in there as yet. The debit order bounced, the bank charged me R120 for unpaid debit and CellC still got the audacity to say they going to charge me R70 for unpaid debit as well. There No money in the new account and the consultant wants to me transfer money from my FNB account to the new Nedbank account which wilkl clear in about 2 days and the might suspend my line. Poor Customer service
