Deducting money when ever they feel like it

The worst service ever, nedbank personal loans submitted a debit order twice on my account as of the end of May 2013, I picked it up and requested that one gets reversed. On the 21st of June 2013 I transferred some money over from my savings account, and there goes nedbank and deducted their debit order. Now I don't have any money left and I only get paid on the 30th of each month. I have spoken to a consultant before they have deducted the money she assured me that my account was not in arrears and that my next debit order date will be on the first. So I transferred the money thinking that everything is fine. When I contacted the support desk they told me that this is nedbank's policy to watch the account until there is money and take their cut, when I requested that the debit order is cancelled due this policy as I can not risk sitting without money, they wanted a motivational letter. It is my right to cancel my debit order when ever I want to without explaining why.
