Horrible service! Bad billing

I have had a Nedbank personal loan for over a year now, and recently nedbank sea to think that they can debit my account when they would like, double bills for my debit orders and now all of a sudden I get my 1st statement from them (which I was told I would receive every 3 months) and now apparently I am behind on my payments by 2 months which is a joke! I will receive "courtesy calls" between 5 and 9 pm and this is very frustrating as it seems they are doing it as a joke! It's like they are screwing with my account, saying that I don't pay my account and then they call to say thank you.
And if that isn't bad enough I have had debit orders coming off in the middle of the month where I have specifically told Nedbank to take it off at the end of the month, this has been going on for at least 5 months now!
I'm honestly sick of the way Nedbank has treated me! They are all nice and caring till you sign the paper work and then it's all downhill from there!

This is my 2nd hello Peter complaint on less than 2 weeks.
I will make a new one every week until it is all sorted if I have to.
