Why bank with Nedbank, useless...!

NEDBANK useless, inefficient... Maybe I should bank with Fnb from now on
Firstly after collecting my Credit Card from Brackenfell branch I asked the consultant shouldn't i activate my Card with a pin?
She said no. Guess what I had to go all the way back to the bank the next day to have it activated...! Wasting my time.
My debit order from NEDBANK loan is supposed to go off on the end of each month. Well thanks to NEDBANK for being inefficient it goes off any date of the month. So why let me set a date for my debit order if NEDBANK just debits it whenever they feel like it. After numerous complaint about it and phoning the call centre and, I informed them that should this happen again i will be contacting the ombudsman, and a new date was chosen for the debit order for the 2nd of each month. Guess What? Thanks NEDBANK for your useless service the debit order went of on the 26 of Jan and again the 5th of Feb...

I will be holding NEDBANK responsible if anything should happen to my credit rating. As they are not debiting the account on the set dates and if it gets returned on my account, my credit rating is going to be affected.
Ombudsman, Consumer Council here I come.
