Nedbank is incompetent

I don't understand how this happens but Nedbank Home Loans got it right to debit my account 3 times for my home loan this month on my account.
Not only did they debit it on the wrong day the first time but obviously there was not enough money in the bank at that point because my salary gets paid on the last day of every month so what happens it returned and now goes against my record becuase of Nedbank's incopetance and charge me R120 for it. This is over and above the R350 I pay for bank fees every month!
They are then very quickly to contact you and rectify their mistake and take their moeny again when there was money in the account!
But then the very next day they debit the account again on the date they where actually suppose to debit it to start with!
I don't know of normal salary earners that have R26000 lying around in their account so that Nedbank can be incompetant.

So I would like for this to be rectified the incorrect debits to be reversed and a letter stating that the mess on my account and my credit record was caused by Nedbank's incompetence to do a basic function correctly.

This is why I hate giving anyone rights to debit my account because it will be messed up!!!
