We purchased a property through nedbank assisted sales. The property was damaged while it was in the custody of a property management agent called GAP Management which was appointed by Nedbank to secure the property. The transfer has gone through and now Nedbank and the property agent are failing to take responsibility for the damages. The value of the damages amounts to R15 412, 80. The property management company indicated that they would only be willing to pay for the replacement of two doors and Nedbank has indicated that the remainder of the damages is for my account? NEDBANK!!! how do you come to this conclusion?
