Procedures not up to scratch!

Every single account that I have is with Nedbank, house, car, salary accounts, investment account, & I have been with them for my entire adult years. I was disheartened when Nedbank gave me a shocking interest rate when i purchased my house off plan, even though I have never had a default once in my life. But I would like to advise all home buyers that Nedbank's procedures are not up to scratch either. An inspector from Nedbank should view a property before Nedbank pays the full amount over to a developer.
An inspector was at my gate on 27 March 2013 & dialled my unit number on the gate intercom, which connects to my cellphone. He had asked me over the line, if I was happy with my unit & I asked if he made an appointment with anyone to view the house. The line died. I had informed Nedbank the same day. Nothing to this day has been done about it, property still not viewed. The developer has been paid & if I had any issues within the 3 month period as contractually stated, it is my loss. After I had given the Regional Sales Manager of Nedbank 2x referrals, I regret doing so. My whole family is with Nedbank and after decades of being loyal to them, I think it's time for a change.
