I have requested for an original morgage bond and consent to cancellation letter to be supplied to our attorneys to continue with the selling of our property. (A covering bond was registered over our property for a business loan - Paid off last year already!)
After 11 days, Nedbank can still not supply our attorneys with the necessary docs. I find this totally unprofessional and unacceptable as the purchaser of our property is now threatening to cancel the deal.
