Busy selling my property. Evaluator did bad job doing valuation. Had to get a Civil Engineering report to certify the property in good condition, cost R3000.00. Only got a value of R200G from Nedbank Evaluator. He even got into an argument with the lady who opened the property. I live in Kzn, a distance of 800km away from my property impossible for me to be there, he can be glad!!! Municipal value far over 1MIL. Property valued a year and a few mths ago when I looked into taking a second bond at R880G by FNB. Buyer is a Nedbank client. I am a Nedbank client with a Savings, Investment, Cheque & Credit card. I also have a business account with Nedbank and was in the process of moving my 2nd business to Nedbank from Fnb but if this is the way Nedbank treat their own clients I really should re-think my options when it comes to banking etc. I am unhappy that Nedbank use biast valuators who have no respect for their clients, that it takes months to come to a decision about a deal, that I fail to get any clear answers from Happy Xulu in Durban and that I had to spend money where it was'nt needed, just to please the Valuator as told by Shereen. I AM! @# OFF and need answers from management
