I logged a call with nedbank for storm damage to my boundary wall over a month ago. the assessor was out to view the damages and i have not heard from Nedbank since. I had to undertake the clearing of the rubble from the neighbours yard at my own expense. The gaping hole in the wall has now resulted in trespassers entering my property and sealing from me. Nedbank has not returned my calls or responded to my emails.
I would like this matter resolved as i am now incurring financial losses due to Nedbank not delivering on their contractual obligations
