We have been trying to get the title deeds of the property that we bought to be sent to our lawyers so that we can have our rezoning completed. No one at Nedbank can assist or even show an interest to do so. It has taken three months now and we cant find someone who knows how to do this? This is a standard procedure? They also came to value our property when we bought the property and gave it a value. Now 5 years later even though we have upgraded the property, Nedbank say that there is no value in the property unless we increase our interest, and change our loan terms. (to suit them!) This is not a bank that makes things happen. They hold things back! Don't believe what Nedbank say... hear the things that Nedbank do, or more precisely don't do! NEDBANK is the most unprofessional bank that I have dealt with. Nedbank is a joke and seriously affects peoples lives, and not in a good way. Try ABSA rather they seem to care.
