I submitted a claim request (no 16430) on 2 Dec. to date nobody contacted me from Absa. I kept on trying to contact the call centre, and eventually I managed to lodge a claim (claim no 2499306) on Friday 6 December at 09:50. I received an sms notifiction that the assessor was supposed to contact me within 48 hours. If this did not happen, I was supposed to call the claims department on 0102115921. To date no answer. My phone bill to this number must by now be exceeding my claim. Why is the service below par??
