Slow/No service delivery

Two separate claims regarding property damage, caused by adverse weather conditions were lodged with ABSA Insurance's claims division.
The first claim was registered on 31 Oct 2013, confirmed by ABSA on 4/11, resubmitted to ABSA on 18/11, a quote to the assessor on 21/11 and queried via e-mail on 13/12.
Second claim was submitted electronically on 2/12/12, with no response to date.
Attempts to make telephonic contact was unsuccessful and even requesting assistance via the Private bank only rendered promises of follow up, with no feedback.
