Credit Matters

Me and my husband recently applied for debt review with credit matters jointly, so far I have received no service from them at all, and are starting to wonder if they are taking my money since Hyphen collects the money from my account monthly, but to date, no distrubution payment have been allocated to any of the parties that should be paid, this is staring to worry tremendously so much that I litrally feel sick in my stomach.

Please can any one get back to me regarding this, since when you phone your call centre, or the debt counselor on the phone numbers provided, it does not seem to work or it is always out of order.

very suspicious for a large company.
