Insurence claim Bad call centre experince

I logged a complain after the hail damaged in Randfontein, a assessor was appointed and speedily arrived to the damage up to this point the experience of ABSA insurance was over the moon. Unfortunately this is where the truck stop. I am trying now after 3 weeks to follow up and spend literally hours on the phone
1) after 2 days got throw to the number that was on the SMS to be informed that they do not dealt any more with the claim and I need to call 0102115921 ABSA after holding on for 1HR 30 min the agent told me my claim have not been authorised (this is now 3 weeks later) and give me a 0115018054 number
2) After holding on for 38min the agent answer and said sorry they do not dealt with the storm damage only geezers and direct me to 0115018667
3) the agent after nearly a hour holding on just told me this is not the correct department I must phone 0860302011
4) I am on hold now for 48 min
Can ABSA PLSE contact me urgently and explain why you get send from department to department with no one taking ownership this is costing me money and I am now where from solving the claim
There is also no continues feedback on what is happening with your claim
