I Submitted a claim last year for lightning damage (Claim 2492103) after many calls and long hours waiting up to 2 hours at a time the only response I got is i must phone the contractor in charge if i phone him he says the claim number is not registered with him i must phone absa it went on for a month and time was running out and i needed to replace my alarm as i was going on holiday absa eventually send an assessor's he took fotos of all broken stuff and send his report i replaced alarm and send all my invoices to absa and the assesor. now from the 18 december i am trying to get my claim settled because all this money was spend on my credit card and i'm paying intrest now. after many calls and many emails to even absa action line i'm still not getting any response if they are going to pay me out what is going and nobody can tell me at the call centres this is totally unacceptable I want details to whom I can sew in small claims court for my money and my interest and my phone bill.
