Insurance claim for hail damage... no response!

I suffered hail damage on 28 November and put in a claim on 4th Dec, ref Nr 2497080. I was told an assessor will contact me within 48 hours.
To date after 192 hours, there is still no contact.
Today 12th Dec I called the follow-up nr 0102115921 which I was given on 4th Dec. after 23 mins, they answered but said they have no record of my claim nr.
I was put through to Absa Direct who answered after a further 12 mins, they have the claim nr but said they cant process it so I must call Absa Existing Claims on 0860302011.
Now after 99 mins on this nr, no reply...
That's a total of more than130 mins
Hey guys this is realllllly pooor service.

That is 2 hours of my time wasted, just sitting with a phone stuck to my ear. My cordless one ran out of power long ago!!!

Just add another 10 minutes, still not answered...
