I phoned Absa on 19ecember 2013 and logged a insurance claim regarding my property`s roof that's leaking. Jannet helped me very well and she said an assessor would inspect the problem within 48 hours. Shortly after the phone call I received a sms with a claim number and a number to phone should I not receive a response within 48 hours. I phone the number on 27 December 2013 and got to another insurance company wish has nothing to do with my claim, thereafter phoned the number that I phoned in the first place to log the claim with- no answer, only machine with voice message. I phoned again on 2 January and a consultant said Jannet is not available but an assessor will contact me soon and she apologised for the delay. Since the 19th of December, I am still waiting for response -claim nr. 250 8533
