I called the Nedbank personal loan arrangement call center to make an arrangement on my loan accounts as I encountered some unforseen problems. I explained the call center agent what the problem was and requested an arrangement on all three accounts from December to February. It appears that the call center agent did not listen carefully and captured an arrangement on only one of the accounts. The arrangement was short term as I was expecting funds to come into my account. In December Nedbank debited my account in full for the loans that I made an arrangement on resulting in one of the arrangements not being met. and in January another debit went off against my account. This has effected my cash flow planning greatly. In December funds were transferred to my account but the payment failed with the error "015 - enter invalid clearing code". On enquiring with Nedbank I was told that the "universal branch code" must be used for eft and not the bank branch code. If it was not for this the funds would be in my account. I faxed thru proof of this on Monday, today is Thursday I am told they never receive the fax.
