I am extremely livid with Nedbank.
Nov 2013: Arrangement made for arrear payments
Dec 2013: Payment arrangement and earlier debit transactions
Dec 2013: Nedbank refunded account and a new payment arrangement and payment date confirmed for my salary date on 25th
20 January: Account debited and leaving me peniless - and the refund will now take 3-5 working days
Nedbank has no right to track my account prior to payment date if an arrangement is made. Why then do I have to make an arrangement? Nedbank is not respecting me as a customer. I can't trust the banks word.
I would like my refund ASAP and I will definitely be changing my bank account because 2 months in a row I have to be left with stress and frustration. Where must I get funds until payday to get to and from work and buy the day to day essentials for my household and family, as I am the breadwinner at home.
