STILL NO PHONE!!!

On the 18 December 2012 I placed a complaint about FNB on Hello Peter, about them delaying and misinforming me about the details of my smart phone, because i received an SMS about my debit order switching that after my complaint i was told that i received that SMS by Error. When i first got approved i was told latest 8 January 2013. (It is now the 10th) I phoned the call centre to find out what was happening i was told that they did not order my Smart phone as there was discrepancies with my Debit order switching, so now they have had to wait for their suppliers to open again so they can order my smart phone. I was informed that the suppliers would be opening on the 7th, but when I phoned the courier company's number that FNB Gave me to follow up they informed me that they have not received the order from FNB yet. Don't know what to do anymore! FNB can't stick to promises! My dad ordered his Ipad on the 22nd of December 2012 and had received it by the 3rd of January 2013.

I am Fed up and no one in your call centre can even help or give me a date? The most i got was maybe this week or next week? So it's going to be over a week over the Deadline?

Very Disappointed!!
