Double debiting of account for three loans!

I have three personal loans with Nedbank. I was unemployed n I could not meet up with the repayments during some months. I called Nedbank when I got a new job to let them know that I will now be able to pay my accounts. The consultant that I spoke to told me that my accounts were deactivated and that I need to pay to reactivate my accounts first. This was the first week of February. The consultant told me that the arrangement would be put in place for me to pay R180 on the two accounts and about R500 on the last one once I get my salary end of February; but that I will have have to go back to my normal higher installments the following month, that is March and also make an additional arrangement to offset the arrears amounts. I was very happy because I had reached a very favourable agreement that would have allowed me extra money to deal with my other expenses that had pilled up.
To my dismay and disbelief; when I received my salary end of February, Nedbank debited my account for all three loans, twice each and for two of them not even the arrangement amount but the FULL installments! I am now left with no money for the rest of the month for food, fees or fuel. NEDBANK DOESN'T CARE!
