It's now clear, nedbank is the beep bank in the FNB ads, my previous complaint was resolved in nedbanks favor, that due to me being behind with my loan account, the feedback was due to me not making the required payment arrangement's, they were unable to reverse the unauthorized debits. I then went on to make the required payment arrangements so that this does not occur again. this morning i had my monthly claims paid into my account, nedbank must have decided that my arrangement was not good enough for them, so they decided to overide the arrangement and debit my account early for an amount of R341, this figure was not apart of my arrangement, i decide to go down to the closest branch to find out whats going on? face to face with the branch manager, he was unable to help me and decided to call the oh so reliable "call center" to find out whats going on, the makes the call and gives me the phone? he's response is that the bank cant help me only the personal loans department can. seeing that nedbank employee's have been given the authority to do as they please and help who the will, i have also developed a game, it's called you can come pick up your monthly loan repayments inperson.
