Unacceptable levels of service

My partner and I have had a terrible year financially and asked Standard Bank Customer assist for help on our bond on the 15th of November. I then waited for the response until the 27th of November and re-submitted all the additional documentation required.

I then waited an additional 2 weeks before contacting them again to allow for time only to be told my application for assistance is still under review. I phoned again on the 31st of December to be told the same thing.

I then phoned again on the 2nd of January (each time I was on hold for at least 20 minutes) and was told someone would phone me back in 24 hours. nothing happened. I then phoned again on the 4th of January, I was told the same thing.

I then today have spent the entire day on the phone with various people in that department who now claim they never received either the emails or the application. So we're back to square one and three months behind on bond payments. If there is anyone out there that can please assist or report this problem to Standard Bank Customer Assist it would be most appreaciated.

We are trying our best to resolve this alone but it seems to be an exercise in futility.
