Bad info given to clients

I'm so upset with Nedbank Personal loans. I know I'm in arrears with one month payment and I did make arrangements in that month that they can take an double payment in December as I get my bonus so I can bring it up to date and it was said by Personal Loans it is fine that way. Now this morning when I got my pay I see that there is something wrong so when I went into my Internet account I saw Nedbank Personal Loans took an double payment from my account after I already made arrangements with them and when I phone them to ask what is wrong they just said that there is now way I can make an arrangement like that because they don't have that facility but in September when I made that arrangements that was not said to me. I really now can't pay anything else thanks to Nedbank Personal Loan Division. I really think Nedbank needs to tell there staff how to give information to clients as this is really not a good way. I never had an problem before with Nedbank but the way I feel now I will take my account to someone else how will know something about how to give information to a client.
