Messing up debit orders for 3 months

My loan with nedbank is supposed to come off on the 26th of each month. for the last year I've been complaining to them when they take it earlier. Jan they only took it on the 01st. therefore I missed a payment. I immediately phoned and made payment arrangement over 2 months. in Feb they took my loan twice off my account plus the payment arrangement, I phoned and complained that there was no point to making arrangements and was refunded in 7 days. march, they took my loan and again the payment arrangement. I phoned and was refunded. their consultant called me and told me I hadn't paid the promised "catchup". I explained and told them to look at Feb and see my loan was up to date due to double debit order. she said "oh I see". this morning I wake to find that they have not debited my normal loan amount, but the "catchup" amount again!!! seriously, how many times am I going to have to call and get refunded! my next step is suing coz really now, this messes up my bank account and wastes my time. I will never recommend nedbank to anybody!
