On 18 January 2013 the Call Centre confirmed that they received my Debit order switching form and forwarded it to my employer. Since then I received two emails stating that they waiting for my employer to revert to confiming confirming that they updated my details. I have however in the mean time updated the details myself and received my salary in my new account last week already.
Yesterday morning I got an email from Esther telling me that she sent my IPAD Mini order through for delivery. Yesterday Iafternoon I received an SMS stating that my IPAD order is cancelled because they did not receive my Debit Order Switching form.
