IPad order keeps getting cancelled

I have been trying to get an iPad now for over 2 months. At no point has anyone confirmed anything with me, I have to repeatedly follow up myself. On multiple occasions I have been told there is no more stock and I have had to change my order.
On two occasions now I have reconfirmed the order with FNB only to receive an SMS later to say the order has been cancelled because the debit order form has not been received.
I have clarified this on multiple occasions, and even last time was told that the iPad would be delivered within 5 days, only to receive an SMS the next day saying it has been cancelled yet again.
I have been told I can't speak directly to the people that can actually answer me, and then those people never phone me back.
I transferred by debit orders myself and my salary has been going into the account for about 4 months now, but still the one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.
Is there anyone at FNB who can actually get the order through?
