Capitec refusing to change my debit order date

I changed my banking details from a Capitec to Standard Bank current account and I was shocked to find out that Capitec debited my new account 01h00 in the morning and that was before my salary could be paid by employer, I went to the Boulders branch to request that my debit order date be changed to the 25th to avoid unpaid debit order charges on my SBSA current account but was advised by the consultant and branch manager that although they could see on my bank statement that my salary was not paid as yet debit order will continue running before my salary get paid and I will remain liable for the unpaid debit order charges as the debit order date can never be shifted from the 24th to the 25th I then requested that my debit order banking details be changed back to my Capitec account as my salary is still being paid into my Capitec account as I have not changed my salary details with my employer but was advised again by capitec staff that it can not be done. Why is capitec treating me like a? They tell me maybe if I can provide them with a letyter from my employer the will see if they can make an exception and that their policies are binding the NCR and Consumer protection Act?
