First National Bank
FNB - FALSE ADVERTISING

I recently changed banks, from ABSA to FNB, because ABSA didn't provided me with a good service. That is why I decided to change to FNB, since their adverts stated they this excellent bank.. with good service always helping not overcharging on banking fees.
As I opened my account in January 2013, once it was activate, I immediately even deposited a R1000 into the account and also switched my salary from ABSA to FNB, well I did the switching myself by notifying my employer about the change. I also submitted a debit order switching form, which all have been switched from ABSA to FNB. I also applied for a new smartphone, on I think around the 30 January 2013. They told me to submit my debit order switching form, before the smartphone will be releashed, which makes sense and I did submit the debit order switching form. So today.. 21 Feb 2013, I'm still waiting for the phone.. its been more than 10 to 15 working days. I phoned last week Thursday (14 Feb 2013), to enquire about the phone / delivery / application status?? The guy told me.. someone will contact me within 48 Hours to confirm delivery details etc. Guess what.. I am still waiting!! Characters left for the message has run out!
