I submitted a claim with dial direct for the repairing of my vehicle and took it into auto magic honeydew. Auto magic said my vehicle would be repaired by 01/31 and they would notify me if it will take longer, which they didn't. I've phoned them on numerous occasions and every time I get the same answer. They will phone me back, which they never do. In the mean time a family member borrowed her car to me with the expectation of getting it back by 01/31. Now I gave the car back to her and I have no way of getting to work in Centurion from Ruimsig. This is not acceptable. It's been twice as long as they initially informed me and their lack of communication has put me in a predicament and will end up costing me more than I expected because I have to make arrangement for another vehicle to rent. My insurance is with dial direct and they said I must take my vehicle to auto magic. I think it's only fair that they sort out this issue with auto magic. I'm sick and tired of phoning them and getting the same bad service over and over. Dial direct, please assist me with this as it wasn't my choice to take the vehicle to Auto magic.
