ORDER OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S4

I transferred my account to FNB to take advantage of offerings FNB advertise. One of which is the Samsung galaxy s4. I was told 7-14 days delievery after receipt of debit order and salary switching forms. This is has been received by the bank all of 3 weeks ago. Including me taking a visit into the bank to confirm my address and complete other admin required. Why do you not deliver as promised? Some of your call centre operators tell me only after salary has been deposited? why? I have transferred funds and I am actively using this account. I have a mountain of salary sheets if you want any.
I spoke to 3 different operators Monday, confirming my debit order switching forms have been received and not only in progress but as of yesterday confirmed and completed. Why when I ask to speak to a team leader in your call centre do they tell me they not available as they have already knocked off? Do you let the bus ride without a driver? I posted a complaint on the FNB website yesterday to which I am still waiting a response. If this is the kind of service you deliever on all your fancy promises you make in the media. AS a new customer to FNB I am now thinking going back to my old bank
