I changed banking details to FNB on line- the account was approved and opened, I then went into the branch where I've completed a debit order switching form. The information was faxed by the branch and Ive email the documentation to [Email Removed] has been confirmed via their call centre on several occations. I called again today where I was advised that Ive never singed an Imdemity form-My question with tears in my eyes- why wasnt I advised of this on the 25 or even the 26 or all the other dates I tried getting this done, Also to my suprise I get told that Ive missed the cut of for my debit orders to be changed for this month but Mavis Mashele confirmed that its in time for this month as well.
