Phone abuse!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank which I repay monthly by EFT.
The problem that I am experiencing at the moment is that I am being contacted at least every two weeks (numerous times!!!) by personal loans call center agents.

Some calls are to say "thank you for making payment", others to say "your account is in arrears by xxxxx amount please add this to your next payment" and some calls to say "we have not received payment yet".
Whether these are valid reasons to contact a client or not is not my concern, I have requested to these call center agents to please remove me from being contacted telephonically and to rather sms me or email me.

I am tired of being contacted by these people all the time. I do not want to be contacted telephonically as the information can be relayed via sms or email. As a customer, I have a choice as to how I can be reached.

I would like this resolved immediately as trying to contact your call center has brought no joy.
