I have a staffing personal loan with Nedbank. After being contacted by them I have elected to pay this manually and not by debit order anymore.

I called the call center hoping they would assist.

Firstly when I spoke to the agent she told me she cant assist with cancelling a debit order because it is a personal loan.

She transfers me to personal loans who dont answer their telephones.

I continue calling on my third attempt I spoke to another call agent, with which I had to insist on putting me through to personal loans.

When I get through to them they transfer me to collections to remove the debit order.

Collections then send me back to personals loans and personal loans cant find my loan because it begins with a 1 not an 8.

*Im still waiting for her manager to call me back

Its a dam staff loan.

Why do I need to come to hello peter to be heard is this the service I should expect in future or maybe I should just switch banks because Nedbank cant stick to what they say.

FNB isnt looking to bad...
