From bad to worse

I have a personal loan account with Nedbank and have been banking with FNB, on the 30th July I switched my salary to my new Nedbank Savvy Account in order for me to have a good relationship with Nedbank because I felt I was treated unfairly by FNB, On the 31st July I called Nedbank personal loans collections to please debit my new Nedbank Savvy account as there wont be any funds on the FNB account, I spoke to a Lady by the name of Roxanne or Roxette and she guaranteed me that she loaded a same day debit on my new Nedbank account, cool, later that day I received an sms from Nedbank that an amount of R1494 something has been reserved and I did'nt panic cause I knew that it is Nedbank collecting the personal loan repayment, to my surprise the next day I received another sms from Nedbank that my personal loan has not debited and I was in arrears, I immediately went to a branch in Gezina to find out but did not get any help as they gave me a number to call, I then decided to log a complaint on the Nedbank [Email Removed] of which I did not get any response and I tried to get a loan reload but was declined by Nedbank saying there is a misconduct on my existing personal loan
