In December 2013 Nedbank deducted my personal loan twice. I have contacted there call center and they promised to reverse payments - this never happened and resulted me to instruct my bank to do a return debit on the account. Not only did they chance the cents to @@@@.47 and @@@@.46 so it seems like to different amounts in January they deducted the in installment three times amounting to nearly R9000, 00. Previously I have informed the collections department that I cannot afford the arrears to be paid immediately nor can I increase it. I am still a paying customer and have always made arrangements for my responsibilities.
I again phoned Nedbank today whom transferred me to their collections department after holding for a long time the call center agent dropped the call - this because I asked her why she is not listening to me?..and if I can please have a moment to speak and explain.
How is that for service Nedbank "make things happen"
