Nedbank Greenbacks - Useless

I've tried to use the Nedbank Greenbacks reward programme twice... and both times have been a disaster. Earlier this year I logged on and ordered something from their website, a few months later I was told that they were out of stock. Recently I realised that I had lost my Password and made 4 phone calls to the Nedbank Call Centre, which were unsuccesful each time. I have tried the "Lost Password" option available on their website, which doesnt work. I have also spoken to a consultant who assured me that it would be reset and sent to me (I have a reference number)... I then received an sms a few days later to say that my query had been resolved - however absolutely nobody had contacted me or sent me a new password.

Being an FNB customer as well, I can definitely say that ebucks are much easier to use that the Greenbacks rewards, and it just seems that FNB actually care more about their clients that Nedbank does...

A rewards programme that can't be used... What is the point of that?
