Nedbank FAILS again

On 28 September 2013, I requested a refund from Nedbank Personal Loans as they did a double debit for my personal loan. The person I spoke to advised me that the refund will take 48 hours to complete. On the 5th of October I have not received the refund yet. I spoke to another agent, that informed me they need proof of payment of an EFT I made in the beginning of September to my personal loan. Amazing enough, the payment shows on my account. They did not even bother to contact me and ask for the proof of payment. No one can tell me why I was not contacted. In the meanwhile, Nedbank is laughing all the way, earning interest on my money. Another epic FAIL by Nedbank.
