Query and Complaint to Nedbank

I requested the outstanding balance on my account from Nedbank on (in arrears) 15 May 2013. I also asked the call center agent when after payment the account will be updated at the ITC or any bureau they use and she said after 7 days payment had been received. I made my payment on 16 May 2013 I requested a paid up letter (seeing that Nedbank has this practie that after 3 years they hand over a paid account to attorneys and demand the same paid money back) on 21 May 2013 which I have received thank you; On Friday 31 May 2013 I requested my last statement that reflected a zero balance and to also enguire if the removal from ITC and others have been done, the call center agent confirm that the removal has been done and my statement is on its way. Because I have not yet received my statement I decided to call Nedbank again to have them forward my statement and also just ask again about the update on ITC and others; the call center now told me it will be done at the end of June. I want to know that if you knew you were going to update your records only in June (which I don't believe you were planning on updating) why did you say; 7 days after payment and confirm that it was done?
